Stop Smoking Videos

Another helpful tip to alleviate the smoking cravings is to do some excercise. If you are at work you can try what I like to call deskercise, that’s right, there are no excuses for not doing a bit of exercise. Excercise or deskercise, will quickly relieve the symptoms of quitting smoking and you will feel normal again within a few minutes. Try it! Many of the symptomns of giving up smoking are in the concious mind and are not actually chemical symptomns. excercise helps with both – taking the mind of the desire to smoke as well as pumping blood around the body. You won’t feel the need to smoke if you do a little excercise.
