Well I supposedly smoked my last ciggarette this morning. I got in early to work at around 6am and made coffee, stood by the window and lit up…
I’ve become increasingly aware of how awful my ciggarettes are tasting since I started making my plans to quit smoking. This one tasted especially disgusting but the little rush of nicotine was as pleasant as ever 
Cough cough… It has begun.
